Abbey Carlisle
Professional experience
Abbey joined Cowen Schwarz Marschke as a Graduate Law Clerk in 2025, having joined the firm after graduating with a dual degree from the University of Queensland in 2024. She completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and was admitted to the legal profession in December 2025.
Abbey has a broad range of experience across competition law, intellectual property law, complex commercial litigation, expert determinations and international arbitrations. Abbey has acted on disputes before the Queensland Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Queensland and acted for clients across a range of sectors including energy, agriculture, mining, property development, health and wellbeing.
