Cowen Schwarz Marschke Lawyers are pleased to announce the promotion of Ben Nearhos to Senior Associate with our firm, effective 1 July 2023.
Ben joined our firm almost seven years ago and since then has made a name for himself as a highly regarded commercial litigation and insolvency lawyer, having acted in significant commercial litigation (including in the High Court of Australia) and in complex insolvency matters. Ben has jointly presented at Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) forums, and is a trusted advisor to our insolvency and restructuring clients. He has also proven to be an able, respected mentor and leader within our team.
