Julian joined Cowen Schwarz Marschke Lawyers (formerly Tucker & Cowen) in January 2022.
Prior to joining Cowen Schwarz Marschke Lawyers, Julian worked for boutique commercial litigation firms in Brisbane, with a particular focus on insolvency and debt recovery. Julian has a strong commercial litigation background in both State and Federal Courts and has experience working for an array of clients ranging from local Councils to private bankruptcy trustees.
Julian graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2013 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Public Relations). He completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the College of Law and was admitted to the legal profession in June 2018.
Brittany joined Cowen Schwarz Marschke (formerly Tucker & Cowen) in February 2020, having previously worked as Associate to His Honour Judge Long SC at the District Court at Maroochydore.
Brittany graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at The Australian National University. She was admitted to the legal profession in August 2019 and has a keen interest in all areas of commercial litigation.
Sarah joined Cowen Schwarz Marschke (formerly Tucker & Cowen) in February 2021, having previously worked as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Berna Collier at the Federal Court of Australia in Brisbane. She has also previously worked as a research clerk to a barrister at the Queensland Bar.
Sarah graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She was admitted to the legal profession in September 2020 and has a keen interest in commercial litigation, with a particular interest in insolvency.
Alicia joined Cowen Schwarz Marschke Lawyers (formerly Tucker & Cowen) in May 2022.
Prior to joining Cowen Schwarz Marschke Lawyers, Alicia worked for national and boutique firms in Brisbane, with a particular focus on litigation and debt recovery.
Alicia graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Business in 2016 and Juris Doctor (International Law) in 2020. Alicia completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law and was admitted to the legal profession in December 2021. Alicia has a keen interest in all areas of commercial litigation.
