Professional experience

Srishti joined Cowen Schwarz Marschke as an Associate in July 2024, having previously practised in a variety of litigation and commercial work in boutique and mid-tier firms in Victoria and Queensland.

Srishti completed a Juris Doctor from Monash University in 2018. She was admitted to the legal profession in November 2019 and has a keen interest in commercial litigation and insolvency matters.

Srishti has acted on a number of complex commercial litigation and insolvency matters for individuals, small and large businesses, corporations, directors and shareholders.

Marlon Camacho

Professional experience

Marlon is an Associate at Cowen Schwarz Marschke, having previously practiced across general commercial litigation, tax, and corporate advisory.

Marlon has represented small businesses as well as listed and international clients. He has acted in complex commercial and employment matters, including professional negligence claims against international banks.

Marlon has also advised and represented senior directors in high profile whistleblowing and employment matters before the Federal Court.

Marlon is fluent in both Spanish and English which has allowed him to work with foreign corporate clients who wish to do business in Australia.

Marlon draws upon his broad commercial background and strategic mindset to achieve practical and commercial solutions for his clients.
