Brittany joined Cowen Schwarz Marschke (formerly Tucker & Cowen) in February 2020, having previously worked as an Associate to a District Court Judge, and was appointed an Associate of the firm in February 2023.
Brittany graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations). She completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with The Australian National University and was admitted to the legal profession in August 2019.
Brittany has acted on a number of complex and significant commercial litigation and insolvency matters, for a broad range of clients including companies, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders and individuals.
Brittany is also a committee member on the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA) Queensland Young Professionals Committee
Sarah joined Cowen Schwarz Marschke (formerly Tucker & Cowen) in February 2021, having previously worked as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Berna Collier at the Federal Court of Australia in Brisbane. She has also previously worked as a research clerk to a barrister at the Queensland Bar.
Sarah graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She was admitted to the legal profession in September 2020 and has a keen interest in commercial litigation, with a particular interest in insolvency.
Srishti joined Cowen Schwarz Marschke as an Associate in July 2024, having previously practised in a variety of litigation and commercial work in boutique and mid-tier firms in Victoria and Queensland.
Srishti completed a Juris Doctor from Monash University in 2018. She was admitted to the legal profession in November 2019 and has a keen interest in commercial litigation and insolvency matters.
Srishti has acted on a number of complex commercial litigation and insolvency matters for individuals, small and large businesses, corporations, directors and shareholders.
